It comes as the result of a natural progression for the author,  Lolita M. Goldring (formerly Jefferson) MA, EdM as a provider of social service for over 30 years, primarily providing housing for persons with histories of homelessness and in need of psychiatric care that ranged from service provision including; direct care, supervisory, managerial, executive, training, consultative, and new program development!  Lolita’s start in Education, working with disenfranchised students, coordinating high school and college bound students excelling in Math and Science and in need of social supports; directorship, training experiences, staff development, building management, real estate construction development and meeting the needs of people served, offer a wide range of experience in a variety of settings within varying levels of expertise, including her own development, that can be applied to you!
